For the past two years, Gordon has been the driving force behind Recovery Day in Monticello, dedicating his time and heart to creating a celebration of healing, hope and second chances.
His commitment to individuals in recovery goes far beyond a single event – he works year-round to ensure that no one feels left out or left behind.
Gordon leads by example. His compassion extends into the holidays, organizing a Thanksgiving gathering for anyone without a place to go, creating warmth and belonging during a time that can be especially hard for many.
As a peer supporter and prevention advocate, Gordon is always willing to lend a hand to others. His spirit of service and inclusion is not only felt – it is contagious. He reminds us that building strong communities starts with showing up for one another.
