Troy James Eberling was born on June 12, 1977 in Colorado Springs, CO to Jim A. Eberling and Gloria Annette (Smith) Eberling. Troy passed away on January 28, 2025.
Troy was raised in Magna, UT. He received his early education at Magna Elementary School and graduated from Cyprus High School, where he was involved on the rodeo team.

Lynn Henry Stevens, 88, died peacefully on February 5, 2025 at his home in Blanding, Utah after a year-long battle with cancer.
Lynn was born at home in Blanding on September 16, 1936. He is the son of Brigham and Afton Stevens and the youngest of six children.
Growing up he participated in sports, scouts, hunting, horseback riding, cliff climbing, hiking, and working on the family farm.

Mark Ward Sheets, our beloved son, brother and uncle, passed away peacefully on the early morning of Saturday, February 1, 2025 at his home in La Sal, Utah.
Born on December 14, 1962 in Moab, Utah to Ervin Sheets and Ruth Sheets Thayn, he was the oldest of four children.

Dennis Duane Christensen was born to Ray and Olive Melissa Jarvis Christensen on June 12, 1939. He passed away in Snowflake, AZ on January 10, 2025.
His father died when he was six, leaving his mother with 9 children at home and a small government pension. He would say, “I was born in Monticello in a one-room shack; it didn’t have a window, so we looked through a crack.”

Peggy Ann Jackson Koon, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and faith. Peggy was preceded in death by her eternal companion Roger Koon.

Margaret Oa Jacobs Shumway, age 88 of Blanding, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025. Born in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, she was the eldest of four siblings.
Margaret graduated from Brigham Young University in 1958 with a nursing degree, where she met and married Bruce Lyman Shumway.

Steve Jay Wilcox was born August 8, 1941 and passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 21, 2024.
A farmer at heart, he was raised on a farm in Heyburn, ID. His parents were LaVaur Hanks Wilcox and Laura Mae Baird.

Gerald Orvil Miller (“Jerry”), true to his nature, quietly exited this life on December 20, 2024 in Gilbert, AZ.
Although his passing was modest, he was worthy of a glorious welcome on the other side: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant; enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.”

Joella (Jody) Shumway Whitaker, age 72, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on November 30, 2024, in Blanding, UT.
She was born to Glen and Patricia Shumway on August 24, 1952. Jody grew up in Blanding, where she met and married Jeff Bailey, the father of her five children.
After their divorce, she met, fell in love with and married Daniel Whitaker, with whom she spent the remainder of her life.

Brandy Louise Hodges Codner passed away in Murray, Utah, on November 27, 2024, at the age of 37. She was born on July 26, 1987, in Claxton, Georgia, to Regina Harrelson and Donald Edwin Hodges.

Tom was born in Price, Utah on November 23, 1933 to Ila and Edway Redd. He was the second of four children. His childhood years were spent in Price. In 1951, he moved with his family to Monticello, where he graduated from Monticello High School with the class of 1952. He continued his education at the General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan. He passed was on November 2, 2024 at the San Juan Regional Medical Hospital in Farmington, NM at 7:25 p.m.
Dick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
